Medieval Rec Center Update!

I’m giving you a quick look at Rec Room’s newly updated Rec Center, which now has an awesome medieval theme. The kitchen and café areas have been completely redone with brick textures, barrels, and a full medieval dining vibe while still keeping some of the classic seating and style. There’s also a really cool outdoor area and details I didn’t even notice until filming that show how much effort they put in. The basketball area looks mostly the same, but the overall update is super impressive.

Rec Room just updated their entire Rec Center with an awesome medieval theme, and I wanted to show you around. So, without further ado, let’s dive straight in.

The Updated Kitchen and Dining Area

Right behind me, they’ve updated this entire kitchen area. It now feels like a medieval dining hall. There are all these great brick textures, iron fixtures, and medieval-style details everywhere. It’s so cool.

What I really like is that it still keeps some of the classic Rec Center style too—like the original seats and the overall layout—so it feels familiar while still looking completely refreshed.

The Café Changes

In the café, the food seems to be the same, but the environment is totally different. There are massive barrels, new tables, and a lot of updated decor that makes the whole area feel more like a tavern.

The Outdoor Area

There’s also an outdoor area now, which is super cool. And oh my gosh—look at that. I didn’t even notice this before I started filming, but that texture is actually really, really cool. You can tell they put so much effort into it.

The Basketball Area

Going through to the basketball area, it looks pretty cool. It’s mostly similar to how it was before. The court feels very familiar, and the hoops are still there.
