Every New Particle In Minecraft Bedrock (MCPE) Tutorial Wild Update!!
Video Summary
In this video I’m in Minecraft Bedrock showing all the new 1.19/Wild Update particles I could find after hours of research through files, packs, wikis, and comments. I explain how to enable them by turning on the Wild Update experiment in settings, then demonstrate particles like sculk sensor redstone, sculk soul, shriek (which needs to be viewed at an angle on Bedrock), sculk charge, and sculk charge pop. I also mention that the Sonic explosion particle is currently unavailable/doesn’t work for me despite my attempts, and I finish by showcasing the Warden dig particle emitter effect.

Hey everybody, it’s UnderMyAP, and welcome back to another video. Today I’m in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, and I’m going to be showing you all the new 1.19 particles. This was highly requested, so thank you so much for all your support—and for helping me try to track all of these down.
Unfortunately, a few of these particles are unavailable on Bedrock Edition compared to Java Edition, but I’m going to show you as many as I can. I’ve been researching for hours: digging through folders, texture packs, wikis, and comments. These are all the ones I’ve been able to find so far.
Enabling the Wild Update (Experiments)
To get these particles (and the Wild Update features) right now, you need to enable an experimental toggle. Go into Settings, scroll down to Experiments, and turn on Wild Update. Once that’s enabled, you should be able to use these particles. Make sure you check that setting. In future updates, this likely won’t be necessary.
Sculk Sensor Redstone Particle
The first particle is the Sculk Sensor Redstone particle. It’s a long particle name to start with, but this is the particle that appears when you activate a sculk sensor.
Stopping Command Spam in Chat
I noticed the commands were spamming in the corner. To remove that, use the gamerule that disables command block output:
gamerule commandBlockOutput false
That should stop it from spamming.
Sculk Soul Particle
Next is the Sculk Soul particle. This one looks really cool. It pops up as a little soul-like effect. This was also seen on Java Edition, but on Bedrock it seems to have a smoother movement—which looks great.
Shriek Particle
Next is the Shriek particle. This is the effect that comes out of a sculk shrieker.
One weird thing about Bedrock Edition: when you trigger it, you might not be able to see it at first. That’s because you have to view it at an angle. I find that a bit strange, but that’s how it works here. It isn’t angled the same way as it is on Java Edition, so make sure you look at it from the right perspective.
Sculk Charge Particle
The next one is the Sculk Charge particle. This one is really cool as well. It’s the little blob-like effect that pops out of the ground when sculk is being formed from a sculk catalyst. It happens very quickly, but it looks awesome.
Sculk Charge Pop Particle
After that is the Sculk Charge Pop particle. This one gives a bubble-pop effect. It creates a small popping burst that looks really satisfying.
Sonic Explosion Particle (Unavailable)
Now, unfortunately, this is the one everyone has been wanting—and it doesn’t work. I’m so sorry. I’ve been looking all day: Google, files, everything. Currently, it doesn’t produce the awesome blue effect you’d expect.
According to a file reference on the wiki, this is supposed to be the name for the Sonic Explosion particle (or at least what it’s listed as). If you do find the correct working particle name for the sonic explosion on Bedrock, please put it in the comments, because right now I haven’t been able to find it.
Warden Dig Particle
The next one is still really cool: the Warden Dig particle. This is the effect you get when the warden begins to dig into the ground—or when it comes out of the ground.
What makes this one especially interesting is that it doesn’t just play for a second; it lasts for around five seconds. It behaves more like a particle emitter, which makes it feel much more dramatic. If you place it on the ground, it genuinely looks like something is emerging from below.
Sorry again about the missing sonic explosion particle. If I do find it, I’ll make sure to pin it down below. Thank you so much for watching, and I can’t wait to see you in the next video.
