Video Summary
In this video, I demonstrate how to break Minecraft mobs using animation commands that are exclusive to Bedrock Edition and MCPE. By using a command block with the “animation.fox” command set to sleep mode, I show how various mobs get stuck in hilarious twisted positions with their heads and bodies contorted in funny ways. The effect can be removed by deleting the command block and rejoining the world, and viewers can experiment with different animations to create even more amusing results.

Hey everybody, it’s UnderMyCap and welcome back to another one! Oh gosh, I may have messed up a lot of mobs in Minecraft — and seriously, they look so funny. Even the foxes! Oh my goodness. Today I’m going to be showing you how to do this in Minecraft, and trust me, it is super simple. Unfortunately, this is not available on Java Edition — it is only able to be played on Bedrock and MCPE. So yeah, let’s get straight into it! The first thing you want to do is place a command block. In the command block, you want to type in the following command: layer animation, then animation.fox, and finally sleep. For the duration, I set mine to 100, but you can set it to whatever you’d like. Make sure to set the command block to Chain and Repeat. As you’ll notice when you activate it, all the mobs go into their weird mode! Basically, what this command is doing is applying the animation that a fox uses when it goes to sleep or sits down — and applying it to all nearby mobs. As you can see, the fox looks just like it normally would in that animation, but the other mobs? Oh no, what happened to this chicken?! It absolutely does not work properly on lots of other mobs, and trust me, it does not work on your player either! It gets even funnier because you can actually change the animation to a different one as well! For example, if you wanted to use fox sleep and hit enter, oh gosh — everything goes sideways and the heads are also a bit… not quite working. It’s honestly hilarious to see play out! If you do want to get out of that weird position, all you have to do is delete the command block, then leave the world and rejoin. As you can see, everything goes right back to normal — simple as that!
