I joined random people's Minecraft SMP servers…

Video Summary
I joined a bunch of random Minecraft SMP servers with one main goal: get a diamond. Some servers were hilarious or chaotic, like getting trapped in a barrier box, a laggy SMP where PvP felt impossible, and a lucky block server where I nearly got knocked off the edge. I actually completed my challenge fast when an owner simply handed me diamonds after I asked politely, which felt pretty suspicious. By the end, I’d seen everything from massive builds and dungeon-style servers to a one-block skyblock where I helped two players farm resources before wrapping up.

Formatted Transcript

Today I joined random people’s Minecraft SMP servers with one goal in mind: to get a diamond. It ended up being a really fun experience. I saw some awesome servers, and some pretty interesting ones, too. Here’s how it unfolded.

Server #1: The Barrier Box and the PvP Pit

On the first server, I spawned trapped inside a barrier box. The owner wanted me to get out, but I just… didn’t. Eventually I fell down into a PvP pit and ran into someone named Shark.

“Please don’t hit me.”

We teamed up, and I thought he was going to help me—but things went downhill fast. Someone came up behind Shark and hit him. He thought it was me, and suddenly everything turned into chaos.

I tried to save him, but the owner started stopping me with commands.

“Wait… is that the admin?”

Not quite. It was the admin—and I still couldn’t do anything about what was happening.

Server #2: Pure Lag

The next server I joined was extremely laggy. Nothing really worked the way it should, so I just tried to head straight to a house. You could see how bad it was by the way the creepers moved.

“Do not explode the house. Wait… are they even going to explode?”

Server #3: Lucky Blocks and a Bad Decision

The next server was a lucky block PvP server—basically, you open lucky blocks and fight people (there’s not a much better way to describe it).

For some reason, I decided to open a lucky block right next to the edge. That went about as well as you’d expect. I got attacked and nearly knocked off.

After I realized you only get one lucky block every minute, I decided to move on pretty quickly.

The Diamond Challenge Ends Almost Immediately

I hadn’t forgotten the challenge: get a diamond. And you’re not going to believe this, but I completed it within two minutes of joining another server.

Someone gave me a stack of steaks, so I took advantage of the kindness and asked—politely—for diamonds. The owner literally just gave them to me.

It worked… but it was also very suspicious.

More Random Servers (And Confusion)

While recording, I ran into a bunch of completely different servers.

One of them was sort of like a tycoon… but not really. I didn’t understand it at all.

“Wait, do I put this on? I don’t want to buy anything. I don’t know what I’m doing. I don’t get this server at all.”

Another one was a creative drop-down island type of server. It looked cool, but it was still pretty confusing. Then I joined a server that was just totally random, and I had no clue what was going on the entire time.

The Creative Player Who Suddenly Turned Hostile

In one world, I saw someone towering high into the air. I couldn’t figure out why, but it became obvious he was in creative mode.

The moment I went past him, he appeared in full Netherite armor.

“Oh my gosh—wait, no, no, no.”

The Chaotic Survival Server and the Lag Death

One of the servers got really intense. It started with a bunch of people joining, collecting wood, and trying to get established. I went off on my own, and a few others went different ways.

I made stone tools because I had a feeling someone would try to attack me. I was right.

A bunch of people came over a hill and started chasing me down.

“Hang on… who’s this? Am I getting chased by two people?”

My character felt like it was running incredibly slowly, and I couldn’t figure out why. Everything was delayed, and the lag made it worse.

I tried to use a lava pit as a trap—my plan was to knock them into it. But because of how laggy everything was, it didn’t work at all. In the replay, you can literally see that I died because of lag.

I felt betrayed.

Revenge Attempt: The Shipwreck Chest Hunt

I was annoyed, so I decided to try getting something back. I found a wooden boat and paddled toward a shipwreck.

One chest had already been looted, but I remembered that shipwrecks usually have more than one chest.

“Isn’t there usually multiple chests?”

I started mining around to find the second one. It took forever, but I eventually found it.

And, of course, it was full of paper and feathers.

Box Servers and Suddenly Getting Kicked

After that, I saw a bunch of servers called “box servers.” The idea was that you mine blocks, trade them for items, and upgrade your tools.

I followed someone around and they gave me tools to help mine faster.

“So you have to slowly up… you know. Okay, what’s over here?”

Then I got kicked.

A Dungeon-Style Server (That I Didn’t Fully Understand)

The next server was like a dungeon base team thing, where you progress through levels and challenges. It seemed fun, but I didn’t really understand what to do in some areas, so I mostly just went along with it and tried my best.

The Massive Build That Made Me Feel Like a Bad Builder

One server completely amazed me. It was huge.

“Holy moly.”

You could tell they spent an insane amount of time building it.

Seeing what other people create on their servers honestly made me realize how bad of a builder I am. Some of their builds were just unbelievably cool.

Meeting Prixy and the Overpowered Flower Weapon

Another server was great because I met a player named Prixy. He gave me a bunch of overpowered weapons.

One of them was a flower that did around nine attack damage. He also showed me the level system on the server, which was really well done.

“That is actually a strong flower.”

I also found someone’s sword and never returned it. To be fair, it was just a wooden sword.

The Final Server: One Block Skyblock

The last server I joined was a one-block skyblock world shared between two players. They had built way more than I expected was possible from a single block.

They were really nice, so I helped them farm resources and gave everything to them at the end.

Wrapping Up

Thanks for reading. This was genuinely so much fun to make. If you enjoyed it, leave a like, subscribe, and comment if you noticed the Among Us character I hid somewhere along the way.
