How To Get Secret Paintings In Minecraft!

Hey everybody, it’s UnderMyCap and welcome back to another video! Today I’m going to be showing you how to get all of these super secret paintings in Minecraft. This tutorial is for Java Edition, but if you are on Bedrock don’t forget to leave a like and comment that you want me to do this for Bedrock too. Without further ado, let’s get straight into it!

What Are These Secret Paintings?

You may have noticed that there are some paintings in Minecraft that you simply cannot get by placing normal paintings on a wall. These are the super secret paintings, and with the new 1.21 update it makes it super easy and simple to get them! The four secret paintings are themed around Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire, and they are each a two by two block in size. They look really cool, and personally I love the brown one — it just looks super cool!

Step-by-Step: How To Get The Secret Paintings

Step 1: Make Sure You Have Operator Permissions

First of all, you will want to make sure that you have operator permissions on your world or server, as this is required to access the hidden operator items.

Step 2: Enable the Operator Items Tab

To get started, hit Escape on Java Edition and click on Options. From there, head over to Controls and you will see an option that says Operator Items Tab. You will want to turn this on.

Step 3: Access Your Inventory

Once you have turned on the Operator Items Tab, nothing will quite happen right away. Press E to open your inventory and you will notice that a secret Operator Utilities tab has appeared. When you click on this tab, you will be able to see all of the super secret items, including the debug stick and the four secret paintings — Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire.

Step 4: Grab Your Paintings!

Simply move the paintings into your inventory and you are all set! Place them on your walls and enjoy your brand new two by two secret paintings in your Minecraft world.
