Video Summary
In this tutorial, I show viewers the two methods to obtain goat horns in Minecraft 1.19: finding them at village outposts or having goats ram into naturally spawned tough blocks like coal, copper, or diamond. I explain that only adult goats can drop horns (maximum two per goat), and highlight how rare screaming goats produce unique, distorted-sounding horns when they ram into hard blocks.

How To Get Goat Horns In Minecraft 1.19
Hey everybody, it’s UnderMyCap and today I’m going to be showing you how to get the new Goat Horns in Minecraft 1.19!
Two Ways To Get Goat Horns
There are two ways that you can get Goat Horns in Minecraft. They can either spawn at Villager Outposts, or if a goat rams into a naturally spawned block, it can drop one out of its two horns. Unfortunately, you are not able to actually place blocks for them to ram into — they have to ram into naturally generated blocks.
What Blocks Count?
The blocks have to be classified as tough blocks. These include Coal, Copper, Emerald, Iron, Diamond, Ice, and Stone ore blocks. It’s important to keep in mind that only adult goats can drop horns — baby goats will not drop them. As mentioned, you can only get a maximum of two horns per goat.
Screaming Goats — Unique and Rare!
Something really cool that Mojang added is the ability to get unique Goat Horns from Screaming Goats, which are incredibly rare. To get a unique horn from them, you simply need to get them to ram into a hard block. Once they do, you will receive a unique Goat Horn that sounds a little different and a little distorted compared to a regular one — which is really cool!
