Claim Your Copper Golem Hat Now!

Hey everybody. The other day, I showed you how to get a special item in Minecraft by mining copper before September 2nd. That date has now passed, and we actually mined around 50 million pieces of copper—which is honestly crazy. I didn’t think we’d hit a number like that.

Now, to actually get your item, it looks like it has already been granted—you just need to claim it. To do that, go to your character editor. From there, you should be able to see that the Copper Collector item is available.

How to Claim the Copper Collector Item

When you find it, you’ll notice it isn’t automatically equipped. You need to select it and claim it.

Once claimed, you’ll see the Copper Collector item in your inventory of cosmetics—and it’s animated, which is really cool.

Where to Find It in the Store

To claim the animated item, go into the Store and scroll down to the Featured Items section.

If you don’t see the Featured Items tab while you’re in the Dressing Room (where you edit your character), you can still find it another way:

Go to Edit Character, use Search, and type “copper.” It should pop up there.

Other Copper-Themed Items

While you’re searching, you’ll also see other items like the Copper Helmet and a few other copper-themed cosmetics. There are some pretty cool options in there—honestly, it’s a nice little addition to the store.
